“Our family lived here in 2020-21 and we leased a fully renovated unit with all new appliances, which was great value. From the easy signing of lease agreement remotely (Rachel accommodated all our requests, video tour, numerous questions etc) to dealing with the office while we lived there, I don't have any complaints about the management team. The maintenance guys when needed were also prompt, polite, and did their job well. Moving out was smooth and stress-free. The complex itself is a pleasant and safe environment, so I recommend it for families. It didn't prohibit smoking though, but it seems many complexes in MD don't.”

I would advise to wait until at least 1 hour after it opens to take a script in if not you will have a long wait from the faxed scripts and call-ins first thing. It takes them about an hour to catch up then there service is up to speed. ”
