“While helping a friend from California clean out his late mother's home in Urbana, I accidentally ran into the small bore well in the front yard with my truck while trying to turn around and back up to the front door. Not only did I do damage to my truck, but I bent the well casing, shorted out the wires, and evidently burned up the pump and constant flow pressure switch. I contacted one well pump company to come and make an estimate for insurance, and they wanted to charge me $95 just for the estimate, then they never showed up or called me back. I live about three hours away in Virginia and was feeling uneasy just calling random companies, but when I called A1, I actually got to speak to the owner of the company instead of a dispatch call center as I did with the first company. I was able to make an appointment to meet the owner at the property for an estimate yesterday. He did not charge me anything for the estimate, took my insurance information and handled presenting the insurance company with the estimate himself. He gave them a best and worst case scenario. I was AMAZED that he called me today to say that he had gotten the estimate approved by the insurance company and had been out to the house and completed the work already! The water is on and the pump, pressure switch, casing, etc. is fixed! The entire experience with A1 was easy, fast, professional, and just plain pleasant. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND A1 to anyone who is in need of well pump service and who wants to work with a truly local family owned business with years of experience. Great job and thanks so much!”

“In a small town so you won't stand in a 2mile long line, no gas pumps but there is one literally right next to the 7-11. The owner and employees are personable. If they have something you want and don't see and you are a regular customer, she (the owner) will order the item (s) for you if she is able to. Always well stocked and clean, and fresh hot coffee! no bathrooms, but our kind pharmacy that is 4 doors down will always let you run in if your in a bind! Always open !”

“Call them this morning after RotoRooter never returned emergency call last night and only called them because they were the last company that emptied the tank and we didn’t know where the tank was located and county was no help either. Karen answered the phone and said Patrick was booked today but was in our area and she would call him to see if he could fit us in and less than a hour later he was here just in time as to we had friends come and help dig up our yard to locate the tank. I can not say enough about this company because not only did they get here within a hour of my call, he didn’t charge us extra for a emergency call and him and Karen were very caring and they made us feel important. My dad has used the several times at his house and they were always available when needed and he’s always busy but he makes time to take care of not only old customers but new one too. If your looking for a great company that is local and family owned call them you will not be disappointed. Great service and great prices. “I had the best experience ever with Erin at BP Gamma Medical Supply! She certainly has been trained in customer service! I was in need of replacing most of my supplies for my sleep apnea machine, and had been working with another company. After 3 months or more, I get a call from the other company that they just realized I'm on Medicare, and cannot service me as they do not have a contract with Medicare! Amazing, when every time I call them, the first thing they ask for is my DOB, which clearly indicates I am 65 and on Medicare! So, months were wasted! The only good thing the other company did for me was have BP Gamma contact me! Erin got all of the information she needed, and lo and behold, my supplies were delivered Saturday, 9/29, in less than a week's time! Most if not all of the supplies are covered by Medicare! We were running late on our wedding invitations and she was very helpful in working with our rushed timeline. She was prompt with her responses and worked on our proofs super quick!
