You just pick up when you can. Also a big game store does weekly event/game day for different things Magik, D&D, and other assorted games. They have alot of misc items as well. I started coming a little over a month ago and it's crazy how you start to see some minor and also major results. I have a bicep again and starting to feel more control in my core. They are also great with people who have injuries and ask before every class. It's a clean facility, great instructors and wonderful front desk staff. Jan and Scott have been absolutely incredible and very responsive to emails and any questions! The most important thing is they have a wide ranged schedule. I work down the road and being able to come back to town and do a class at 7:30pm during some weeknights is huge. Would highly recommend.”
