  My wife & I were very pleased with our experience at this dealership. We live two hours away from the dealership, but we found a vehicle we liked at their dealership and felt comfortable with the conversation I had with the owner prior to making the trip. He was very upfront about the cosmetic issues on the bumpers of the vehicle, and wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to waste a trip if that was going to be a dealbreaker. Once we decided that it was the vehicle for us, they made sure that it was Maryland inspected and all proper repairs were done. We have been driving the vehicle for over a month, and we absolutely love it and have had no issues with it.

  Very nice and quite an easy process. Got a great car with low miles and no issues threw inspection. Did take a few days to get everything together and have the car inspected but well worth the small wait for such a great vehicle at a very resonable price. Absolutely love my car and highly recommend High Rated Autos to anyone looking to purchase a reliable vehicle at a resonable price.

  We looked for a Toyota Highlander far and wide around our area. We kept returning to this dealership after many, many reviews online regarding comparisons of different cars, price and mileage. Shawn had a really good selection, great reviews, and a price that was unbeatable in comparison. He seemed to be unconcerned with showing us the undercarriage for potential issues after we took it for a test drive and payed for a Carfax report. We worked out a price according to the report and issues the car had, which were very minimal. The car engine sounded very smooth and my stepfather, a very skeptical and respected mechanic, seemed more impressed than usual with the condition and price of this vehicle. We have since taken it to get a thorough "look over" and got a great report! We are "highly satisfied" with Shawn's service and the vehicle! Shawn, by the way, was not pushy and left us free to roam around his lot without pressure. We are very happy with "black beauty"- our new Highlander and would definitely consider coming back again for another "new to us" car :). If you are looking for a great experience, come here.   My sales rep Shawn was the easiest and most professional experience I have had to date with regards to getting my daughter a new car. He addressed everything I asked him to address and everything worked out very well. He spent a great deal of time going over all the features of her new Corolla and how to use each of them. She loved it. Great job. Highly recommended????
