Peaceful place :-)

I love to take my dogs here for a good run. It's been awesome going here for a trail walk since it's short and easy. Sadly it's been a wile that this area received attention. I will love if the pertinent department update the area. My favorite time to go is winter and spring. Summer and fall is too muddy and humid. And don't forget the mosquitoes love humid.

I did my Eagle project here years ago restoring benches, bridges, and trails. Used to be a cool spot that could be walked to from the schools for field trips. Friends and I spent every weekend here growing up hiking and fishing. Those weekends led to me becoming a science major and pursuing a career in the environmental field. It is a bit of a shame it is under-utilized and not as well maintained as it used to be.
