  Absolutely phenomenal with subarus. They check your car out before doing any work and are very honest with you when it comes things that NEED to be done and things that can wait. I have never once had a complaint and I trust them WAY more than any of the dealers. If you want to be blindfolded, beat up, and then robbed, go to the dealers. If you want your subaru worked on by knowledgeable mechanics you take it here.

  I went to North End Import Services because it was recommended to me by 2 reliable individuals. They informed me that the shop specializes in Honda’s, which is what I have. I had an ongoing issue with my timing chain tensioner that needed to be replaced. Not only did they fix that problem but, they took care of a few other issues they found while under my hood. Plus, they replaced my lightbulbs per my request. Great guys. I will be going there again! (Chase)

  These guys are amazing, honest, and affordable. They have solved every problem caused by Jones Junction on my 2011 Subaru Forester. I can't say enough wonderful things about North End Imports. If you have a VW, Subaru, or Honda they are the place to go.

  The owners are friendly and knowledgeable mechanics. Their prices are very reasonable. After bringing my car there for a new engine mount, it rides like new! I will be bringing my business there again, when needed and recommending them to all my friends.

  The most honest mechanics you can find. The amount of care and respect that they show for both you and your car is amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
