  I was very pleased and satisfied with the care here! My son was recently sick and that was my first time taking him there. The staff were amazing! They were fast, professional and caring! Erica East NP was very friendly and very thorough. Dottie and Rachel were also great!

  Ever since Urgent Care has been placed in Aberdeen, I have chose them over Patient First and I would never go back. I had went today due to having a cold, and I was in there for a total of 19 mins! The staff there is so fast but yet still takes all the time they need for you. Toni, Eunice and Amaw all helped me with great care today! Thank you guys!

  ChoiceOne is always great with my family (kids and adults)! Very nice and clean atmosphere. Staff is always going above and beyond to make us feel better even before we see the doctor.

  Been there a few times, the wait time is to be expected, but we have yet to have a bad experience. The first time I took my youngest, Amber (rad tech I believe) was very nice and professional. She helped get us registered quickly and informed us about the online check-in. When I went for myself, I did the online check-in and maybe waited 10 min to go to the back. Jacki (PA or Nurse) was very attentive and I was probably in and out in 30 min.

  I went for a DOT physical and I have to say my experience was very good. Amber at the front desk got me signed in quickly and was very courteous and helpful. Carmen, the medical assistant that went over my medical history was very professional and thorough. Last but not least, Jason (my provider) was detail oriented and listened to what I had to say. I have had many DOT physicals over the years. Will definitely come back.
