They took the time to make sure we were fitted properly and comfortable with the gear. We buy something new every year because they get new products and sell quality goods! Couldn't be happier only wish we could rate higher than 5 stars!

I had a wiring issue inside my heated jacket and instead of repairing the wire, which could have been easily done, John simply replaced the jacket. Outstanding customer service. This is definitely a 5 star company. Looking forward to picking-up some of their new products for this winter riding season.
