  I am going to start this by saying this the ladies here have the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. They make you feel like you are family instead of a customer. I normally deal with Gaby and she is the best she will fight to keep your rates down and when you need something done she doesn't just tell you she will take care of it she does it. I will recommend everybody I know and don't know to call Gaby from state farm. You are the best

  I have had renters insurance through State Farm for a year now had the pleasure of speaking with Chelsea on the phone about moving my renters insurance to a different apartment. She was very friendly and helpful. She emailed me the updated policy document an hour after I called! I appreciate how quickly it got done.

  5 Stars all the way! I have had a life insurance policy with State Farm since 1988. My former agent was great, but he retired 2 years ago. The agent that replaced him was non-responsive, so I stopped by Stephen Simmons office in Aberdeen. I talked to Chelsea and she had the policy switched over to their office. She basically took care of the entire process, following up with the other agent and communicating with me until my request was completed. It is SO nice to have someone actually answer the phone when you call and follow up so thoroughly! Thanks Chelsea!!

  I had the pleasure of working with Anna, she was very personable and made the entire process so smooth! Saving money each month for better coverages is great, but having excellent customer service alongside it is truly something I appreciate. Any employee I’ve spoken to from the Stephen Simmons team has been so kind!

  I had gotten my assistance from Sarah! She is very quick, very welcoming with a warm smile, and will make sure you understand what is being described to you and in order what priorities need to be fulfilled. She is very diligent when working and follows up in contacts, which helps me personally as well. Sarah is very knowledgeable and helpful to me and my father.
  I appreciate somebody when they do a great job, please do keep it up! I will surely be back another day!( i also get free stories&restraunt recommendations) lol.
