  Wonderful things for your home!! The store is arranged very nice, and the staff was very cheerful and helpful!! Prices were terrific too!

  I ordered online, went to store to pick up only to find the item out of stock and my order had been cancelled. BUT, the store manager went above and beyond to resolve the situation. I am very pleased with my end result!

  I give the store and manager 5*, however, the employee at the counter is what made my experience not so good. I placed two separate orders under my husband and I online, both of which were A LOT of money. We both received an email stating our orders were ready at the store to pick up. We received these emails early in the morning and did not stop by the store until around 5 or so. We walked in and there was only 1 younger girl working the floor. She asked if we were picking up, I said yes. She asked for the name it was under and I told her. My last name is Queen, there's really only 1 COMMON way to spell it. She looked and me and said "Q.....u????" and I had to finish spelling the name. She said we did not come up in the system at all with any orders. I let her know, again, that we both received the emails and the order was placed around 2 weeks ago. She said what email was used for the order, my husband said his email. He has a 04 in it and she said "zero, as in the letter?"... I CANT MAKE THIS UP.... We corrected her, politely. She said she would go in the back to check. She came out and said there's nothing back there with our name on it. I told her again, the email.... She said let me check again. She came back out and said that there were 4 chairs under a Susan. I kind of looked at her with a questioned face. She shrugged her shoulders with attitude and said "there's nothing I can do for you". Basically saying, you can leave, we don't have your stuff. I asked for her manager. She rolled her eyes, sighed, and walked away shaking her head. Her manager came up, sweet as can be. She explained that sometimes the truck is a week late but still send emails. She checked the back and E V E R Y T H I N G was back there with our name in very big print on it in O R A N G E!! After that we had no issues. I just wanted to warn everyone about the girl up front. She might have only been 16, and I understand she's young, but her attitude has to go. Should not be in customer service, at all. BY THE WAY, love everything we purchased and WILL be going back for more!

  Kirkland's is a great place to get decorating ideas from. Depending what you're looking for, the prices can be very reasonable. All of the products are laid out extremely well in different themes. The hard part is not leaving without a car full of unique items. If you make some of your own artistic pieces, you can get some nice inspiration from looking throughout this store.
