The environment is so calming & peaceful that created the ultimate experience. I cannot wait to go back for another float session!

(October 26, 2018, 6:13 pm)Tried the Float Tank for the first time, October 26. It was awesome. I cant quite describe the feeling waking up floating and just feeling calm and refreshed. It was incredibly worth it and I am excited for the next appointment next Friday.

(August 22, 2018, 1:20 pm)Had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Emily and it was amazing! I used to get massages regularly and this is one of the best massages to date. Emily was able to apply pressure that was deep enough to work out knots and tension without being painful. Plus the addition of hot towels and stones wasn't something I was used too but I really think that made a huge difference. I workout reguluary with heavy weights and can get very sore and tight but I feel like a new woman! Can't wait for the next massage!
