(May 17, 2018, 3:24 pm)The Bel Air Plaza Ford staff are reliable and trustworthy in their customer service. During my visit in April, Quick lane employees Rebecca Sturgill and auto technician Greg Rose went above and beyond to help me! They are wonderful!
I was broke, previously unemployed and working this low-paying warehouse job with absolutely no Savings, but yet they managed to help me! After getting an oil change and car evaluation at a different location, I came to Plaza Ford to get a second opinion.
They confirmed that my brake pads were dangerously low "metal on metal." Rebecca recommended the QuickLane credit card to fix my brake pads with a TON of other repairs to prepare my car for the Uber car inspection.
Rebecca and Greg worked as a team to estimate costs and prioritize repairs under the credit limit I was given. So I could commute to my new job without fear of needing new expensive brakes from long-term damage and other issues.
Thank you for helping me and your customers! You don't have to worry about Plaza Ford service trying to scam money out of you by making up issues! I definitely recommend them! -
