  From dropping off my vehicle to getting a loaner the service was excellent. I was also kept I formed of the progress of my repair. I would recommend anyone with a BMW to get there vehicle serviced here. Steven has always been my service advisor and is very knowledgeable.

  We had a great experience purchasing our certified pre-owned BMW here, it was unlike any car buying experience we have had before, so easy and zero pressure. We worked with Dave Jones, he made the experience even better, very knowledgeable and friendly, couldn't recommend him or BMW of Bel Air more. The follow up has also been great since we left the lot!

  I had a great experience with my purchased today with Dave jones. He is really a nice person make you feel really comfortable .All staff are really nice friendly. During all process I fill like more family them a customer . I love this place. Thank you guys. Best car dealership in county for costumers comfort and service.

  I had a great experience in leasing my new car from BMW of Bel Air.
  Chris and Jason made sure all my concerns and needs were addressed and made the leasing transaction transparent and easy. They met 110% of my expectations.
  The customer service that Chris and Jason provided was superb. The atmosphere at the dealership is warm and welcoming and reflects the culture that customer satisfaction is priority #1....
  Jason also made sure all my questions were properly answered and took extra time (past closing time), to explain all the main features of my new car.
  I would strongly recommend this dealership if you are considering buying or leasing a BMW.
