I will drive extra miles to use this post office. The two employees are the most kind and helpful I've ever experienced at any post office. as others have stated, this is definitely a hometown post office.
They’re really good. Efficient and friendly staff. Can’t ask for more these days.
Friendly staff, Donna the postmaster is really nice. The other guy that works there is also very nice. In fact the same 2 employees work there so you'll always see one of then when you visit. :)
This is THE BEST post office!! Derek went above and beyond to help me figure out the best way to ship my package, and he even entertained my daughter while I filled out the paperwork. I definitely plan to use this PO exclusively from now on. Thank you, Derek!!
The customer service at the Benson post office went way above and beyond my expectations when I went to mail a package. Derrick, the post office's clerk was courteous, helpful and friendly. He made the effort in giving me the best options in sending the package out of state. I was unaware I could send the package the option he gave me. My response was not every clerk would had gone to such effort. Derrick also told me that the Benson post office had consecutive years in being number one with their customer service. I commended him and the Benson post office for continuing and providing such service. It means a great deal for me as a patron of a public service having such care and consideration shown. Thank you!
