(November 15, 2018, 2:56 pm)If you do not believe a Chiropractor can help you, then you are completely wrong! In August I woke with a very painful neck and my head pitched forward. I tried everything including a visit to my surgeon. I was told that my MRI showed nothing operable. My wife suggested I try visiting a Chiropractor at Ultimate Health in Bel Air, MD. On November 7th I had my first visit with Dr. Keith Acosta. By my 4th visit on November 15th I was a new man! No more pain and I was completely able to hold my head up. Dr. Acosta has been a HUGE help to me and he is a fine gentleman. The office staff are always very pleasant and helpful too. SEE A CHIROPRACTOR AT ULTIMATE HEALTH. YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

(August 8, 2018, 8:11 pm)Dr. D & Dr. C are top notch. Dr. D has been relieving my neck and middle back pain for 15 years. Surgery isn't an option. Dr. D. also relieved my husbands pinched nerve in his elbow, a couple visits, and some stretching techniques he uses at home, no surgery for him.

I am continuing to receive care for added adjustments and expect to reach maintenance care in the future. He was very informative and helpful in teaching the correct stretching and abdominal work for relief and care of my lower back issues. Thank you so much!

With being a Mom, Spouse, working full time and life it was hard to find the time but, the pain became chronic so I needed to make the time.
