  The whole experience was TOP NOTCH. Heat died on a Friday night. Dominick came to trouble shoot Saturday. He was terrific. Had to deliver the news that the system (20 years old) has died but we expected it. He was nothing but courteous and professional.
  
  Then Brian F came later that day. Walked us through all of our options and stayed HOURS helping us work through the creative financing. He went above and beyond accommodating us in every way.
  
  Then Monday Tom and Andrew did our install. Had heat by 2pm! They were equally great and professional.
  
  Could not comment Blue Dot more highly for this first rate experience.

  I have the Blue Dot maintenance plan and have had it since I bought my house 25 years ago. In that time Blue Dot has responded immediately to every heat or plumbing problem. When my son was a little boy in elementary school the heat went out in the middle of a winter night. A technician came and restored our heat before my son got up to catch his school bus. More recently Blue Dot has replaced and up graded the heating and cooling system. This week was my fall/ winter check up. The technician noticed that the hot water heater wasn’t working properly. Blue Dot was able to replace the hot water heater the next day with an updated unit. This one is safer, heats the water faster and used less gas to do it. The 2 technician and their helper explained everything to me and could not been more professional. In summary, getting the maintenance plan was one of my best decisions related to my home. I absolutely recommend them.

  Ramon R. and Jose R. were two of the most professional installers I have experienced in my home repairs in a long time. They were accommodating, pleasant and respectable, knowledgeable about the equipment, explained things in detail as well as answered questions,, asked permission to go to the necessary work areas, worked diligently and accurately. I could not ask for better and efficient service. And even more Nick Betz was awesome as the first line of service in my Blue Dot face to face service. I highly recommend Blue Dot Services. Thanks for the check up call today to see if I was a satisfied customer.

  Warren is a great technician. He was at my house this past weekend. He always very thorough and explains everything he's checking and why. We know when Warren pulls up to do a system check and he says everything is in great shape. We know we can trust that the system has been completely checked.
