  10/10 would recommend. Lasting results. What I had worked on was a little unusual and the results speak for themselves. Kind, great energy, powerful healing work, very responsive and helpful in communication/scheduling.

  In the first 15 min, Alex quickly identified the root of the problem, and once I fixed my lifting posture, my back pain nearly went away! I was impressed with his knowledge of the human anatomy.
  He knew each tendon and muscle by name and it was evident he has spent years studying to become an expert.

  I’ve been seeing Alex at Baltimore Orthopedic Massage for two months and the progress we’ve made has been far greater than anything I accomplished with physical therapy. My legs were extremely tight causing my knees to be about two inches out of alignment with my hips. Since I have about half of the cartilage in my knees as I should, the impact of the alignment and tightness caused knee pain whenever I tried to strengthen my leg muscles. For years I wasn’t able to do squats or lunges in my workout. During cancer treatments and the lack of inactivity, my muscles just seemed to get even tighter. My physiatrist recommended orthopedic massage. Alex not only fixed my knee alignment and tightness, he did it with minimal discomfort. He constantly is aware of any discomfort he may be causing and quickly adjusts his technique to avoid pain. When I first came I was nervous about the potential pain because my physical therapist would make me cringe it hurt so badly. Alex made sure he got results without the pain, which was amazing. I’ve been able to exercise again without ANY knee pain including squats and lunges. I’ve had more flexibility in my legs and with maintaining my stretching regimen, I look forward to being able to keep fit.

  Alex was able to help with I neck injury I received while in the Army. He was very informative and helpful. He also worked on my back, shoulders, and hips with the extra time. Now that a week has passed, it is all feeling way better than before going in. Highly recommend!
