I own a local shipping store. My computer stopped working on one of the busiest days during the Christmas shipping season of 2020. My computer was basically a rock. WyatTech built me a new computer in a timely manner. I have had no problems with it at all. Wyatech is professional, knowledgeable, and will gladly answer all of your questions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them over the big companies.

Nick has built two PCs for me - and they're a tad 'special' in that I use them with my "ham radio" (amateur radio) hobby! The first PC worked so well that this is why I had him build a second one for another ham radio station. He's honest, truthful, professional and def knows his stuff! I'm proud to write this unsolicited review for him! I HIGHLY recommend him for your PC and support needs!

My son dropped his laptop and broke the hinge on the aluminum backplate. Nick was able to repair it, the same day we brought it in, for a fraction of what it would have cost to replace the entire backplate. Courteous, timely and saved us a lot of money. Highly recommend this business. We will definitely go to them whenever we need help with any computer issues.

Im interested in purchasing a Gaming laptop. I called Computer Marketplace first. What a mistake. I asked if they built gaming laptops. The response I got was on the verge of ignorant, the gentleman says" we dont BUILD laptops we sell them, i can sell you one" I asked what name brands they sold he replied "Asus" I then said Oh ok well I had read a couple reviews online that Asus had some trouble with thier gaming laptops and sound. He stutters for a minute and says"uh I dont know what your talking about" I explained I had read some reviews on the Asus ROG gaming laptop, I then asked him I assume that is the gaming laptop you sell? He says" well we sell different types to different people all depends on how much money you have to spend" I said well Im taling about the Asus Rog " he replies" I dont know what you are talkig about" So I simply told him well if you dont know what Im talking about when I say an ASUS ROG then we will not be doing buisness, he snorts in the phone and says " uh yeah ...ok" and hangs up. Seriously It felt like I was dealing with a bunch of snotty young kids or something. I sure wish I could have gotten further than a phone call with them.
