TLDR: Ask for Nyx or you get laughed at…

Wanted to give 4 stars but Nyx really turned it around and I didn’t have the heart to anymore. My husband and I are just getting into airsoft and this is the closest store to us being from Delaware. We took a drive up and popped in to see if we could get recommendations and help. We walked in and there was a worker loading his things into the car to head out for the day and then Nyx behind the register. Nyx immediately acknowledged us and asked if we needed something specific. My husband advised we were new to the scene and that we were just looking to get started. I then asked if they had replica versions of my actual firearms and the guy packing up laughed at me. We look over and it’s an awkward silence. Nyx asks my husband a question to get recommendations for him and my husband said something about wanting info on HPA vs AEG (again new to the air soft scene) the guy packing once again laughs. At this point I’m ready to go but Nyx starts helping my husband so I just let him do his thing. The guy finally leaves (cutting off the conversation between Nyx and my husband to come have a conversation with Nyx) and the atmosphere completely changed. Nyx asked if he could give recommendations on guns for us, which we obviously accepted lol
Nyx not only gave us individual recommendations but also gave us WHY it would be good for my husband versus me based off what we were individually looking for. If it wasn’t for Nyx I would have for sure walked out and just spent my time researching other stores within a few hours from us. I also had some concerns about being a girl in the airsoft community and he assured me it was absolutely no issue and people were very open and welcoming no matter what (at least in his area). We ended up spending over $750 on guns alone and another $70 on accessories for them. Will definitely be back but probably won’t stay if Nyx isn’t in.

Great store! The staff is always pleasant and answers all of my questions I have. They always have great information to share with me and have everything I need for my sons needs when I come here.

I'm thinking about getting into Airsoft after playing paintball for the last 20 yrs. I went here on a Sunday afternoon with a lot of questions about the sport. Both guys working there were very friendly and helpful. I will go back here if I decide to purchase a gun or equipment.

It has been a year And a half since I’ve been here Ralph is always super Helpful makes the environment always feel welcome. I’ve been helped by Randy also super helpful and willing to help with excellent customer service to come with it as well. These were like I said a year apart only dealing with Randy 2 times and definitely shows his passion!! This is what the sport is about thank you all for everything !!

Great place and great staff. Every time I go there they always seem to have everything I need. I definitely like supporting local businesses.
