(July 2, 2018, 8:27 am)Excellent! These results are so different that it should not be lumped with the other "carpet cleaners" I have used St... Stea.. for years and for the 1st 24 hrs the carpet looked clean, but then the stains started to resurface. Not with this service! I have an area rug that had horrific pet odor/stain from an ill dog, if this cleaning did not work i was throwing away, they totally removed the odor. my carpets upstairs look new. I will never use any other carpet cleaning service. The price was pretty much the same .

The pet stains and water stains were removed and the areas still look great. James was very considerate of my home and belongings.
