  Always a great experience. Christmas tea is an annual tradition. The owners are lovely, helpful and knowledgeable.

  Great tea choices, lots of shopping options. All the snacks we had with our tea were delicious. Clean and well decorated dinning area.

  Ive visited the tea house many times over the years. Food good. Inside the tea house is cute. Tea is good. It takes me about an hour to get there .
  
  I would give this place 5 stars but cannot because of the way to get Christmas tea reservations are ran. Ive been told people stand in line starting around 7 am until they open at 9 am in the hopes of getting a reservation and that isnt a guarantee of getting a reservation as its based on availability and most years its the same people buying up tables. The web site states you can also call in for reservations.
  This year I decided to try. I began calling at 859 am as the store opens at 9. From 850-945 am I called. It rang busy and I kept redialing and during that entire time, it was just busy. Then, it hit me. In order to handle those who are there and in line, take the phone off the hook and once that line ends, start answering the phones and sell remaining seats. Less confusion. Any time after that time was at random times and of course, busy.Even at random times since then during the day, it is ringing busy. These reservations fill up fast. I gave up. Maybe one day Ill go. Maybe one day they will come up with a better system of getting through.

  I love this place! I go here all the time with my best friend and even spent my birthday here once. Wide selection of teas, delicious rotating sandwiches, scones, and desserts. Very cute! The atmosphere is light and cheery, perfect for afternoon tea. I would recommend making a reservation, although I have never waited very long for a table.
