He still needs to come back with parts and repairs. Hoping it doesn’t cost too much! 9/19/19 Estimate took about a week. Took a while for parts to come in. Justin was great he got everything fixed up nice. There are a couple things I’m not happy with. When I looked at the job description it says all the way at the bottom “blades qty 1 0.00” I did mention to Justin that I wanted new blades also so I thought the cost of the blades was worked into the estimate because why else would it say blades to begin with. Also I was charged 3 hours labor. Which I thought it would really take 3 hrs especially if he was putting on new blades too. Now this is $95 hr labor. It only took him an hour and half. I really should have only been charged for 2 hours.”
