Showed me the problem, and offered a timely and inexpensive solution. When he returned the keys to me, Charlie also informed me of another issue, but did not try to up-sell me on it. Great group of people who also put it on for free so I didn't have to do it outside in the dark that night. The quality of the product is awesome.
