“I recently hired this company to replace a leaky skylight. Finding the leak was hard, and the Sales VP personally came out, got on the roof, and poked around. Still couldn't find it, so I paid for a full replacement. The technicians who fixed it were polite and highly skilled. When the ywent to buy the materials, a company rep called me and gave me the option of whether to replace the actual window or not. It was a sizable difference in cost, and the company could have easily NOT called me and just billed me the full amount. I found this to be a highly ethical gesture since they cared more about me getting a good value than they did about their own revenue. Overall very happy with the quality of the work and the people. The president even sent me a letter thanking me for my business. This is what great customer service looks like, people.”

“I hired Ray’s to install a new roof on my home in Bel Air. I could not be happier with the entire experience. Ray answers his phone and always does what he says. The estimate was prompt and the job was scheduled very quickly. Ray’s team did an outstanding job. Everyone was polite, professional, and courteous. The project went smoothly and the completed roof is perfection. Very neat workmanship, especially the chimney flashing. The most impressive part of the job was how meticulously clean the job site was through the entire project. Roofing can be a very messy project. The final clean up left NO evidence of an entire roof being torn off and replaced. I couldn’t find a piece of shingle, nail, or trash laying anywhere on the ground. Amazing clean up! I have very detailed gardens around my home and somehow they didn’t even damage a single tree or shrub. I would highly recommend Ray’s and will hire them again!”

PS- The benefits of solar power are much less than the salesman estimated in my case.”

“Great company, guide you through the whole process from roof inspection, to calling your insurance company to submit claim, to actual construction. We referred to them by a few neighbors of ours who also had their roofs done by Kris. They were in constant communication, and even worked with us on the price when we found out that our insurance would only cover a certain percentage because we had an ACV policy instead of a RCV policy (if you don't know what you have, I suggest looking into it). Anyhow, all of the workers were very professional, cleaned up every last scrap of construction debris, and were very careful to not damage anything. I would highly recommend Kris Konstruction, whether you are looking for an inspection, quote, or ready to hire.”
