“BelAir Health and Rehab provided care to my 94 year old mother after a recent hospitalization for a fall and fracture to her sacrum. The staff were very attentive to her needs and very kind and caring. Any concerns I had regarding my mother's care were quickly addressed. Various staff members, including one of the physicians, reached out to me for input. They were also welcoming in the PT, OT, and Speech Therapy Departments where they were very happy to demonstrate the progress my mother had made. Initially, I was visiting daily until I realized my Mom was in good hands. I was then able to relax a bit, feeling confident she was being well cared for. I really can't thank everyone there enough for their kindness and caring towards my mother and me. Can they do anything better? Of course they can...Mom said the food often got cold because they removed the lid as soon as the tray came into the room. Maybe leave the lid on or give the patient the option of keeping the lid on the food. ????I'm not sure if that was the reason for the food getting cold or not. The staff was willing to reheat it if requested. Many thanks. M. Garland RN”

“Called Helms Electric to run a new electrical line for an AC unit and they were willing to come out same day. The electrician was in the neighborhood already and arrived 15 minutes later, which was great! The new outlet was split from an existing one (aka a circuit extension) and only a small hole was created in the drywall. The work area was left just as clean as when he arrived and the finished product looked very professional. The electrician (and his apprentice?) was also very pleasant and neat; he explained what work was being done and why it was being done, which is always appreciated. Pricing felt competitive, but on the high-side (keeping in mind I'm tight-fisted); he was willing to honor an Angie's List coupon, which was nice. And sometimes paying just a little more for fast, professional and convenient service is worth every penny. I will gladly call for further work in the future and would recommend to my friends. Overall 4.5 stars, rounded up to 5.”
