“The owner Kurt did a fantastic job for me and "didn't charge enough" so I had to pitch him a tip (don't take any wooden nickels). Seriously, he checked his work, not in a rush and cleaned up after himself. He explained what and why he was doing stuff. He has tons of specialized equipment just for clearing drains. Clearing drains is all that he does, not a plumber that does it all. He is very good at what he specializes in. I wanted my kitchen sink drain cleared, on the opposite side of the house from the septic tank and he was listening to the lines on the far side of the house to hear his motorized snake, even looked down the septic outside to insure he went all the way. Very friendly, great with kids, extremely clean, informative and fun. I could not recommend more! AJ was very easy going, and great with involving my daughter in her flight. She “helped” him take off which made her feel very special and even took her requests to go through a cloud. He took extra effort flying over our house several times so my daughter could see it and we greatly appreciate it. Thanks again for a fabulous day.”
