(September 25, 2018, 2:32 pm)I’ve been on the Ideal Protein plan for 3 weeks, and have lost 11 pounds so far. The staff are so pleasant and accommodating to your every need. The Ideal Protein food packets are very good and making my weight loss journey easy to follow. I think this will be my last diet, since my mind set is so geared for this program. I recommend Figure Savers in Columbia whole heartedly.

(June 24, 2018, 3:18 am)I joined Figure Savers and started the Ideal Protein Diet in August of 2017. I am a type 2 diabetic and at that time I was on 3 different medications for diabetes and cholesterol. The coaches at Figure Savers provided me with the support I needed to start my weight loss journey. They also helped me to get over the shame and fear that I had in dealing with being overweight and diabetic. Within 2 months of starting the Ideal Protein Diet my blood sugar levels were completely under control and I was able to stop taking all of my medications. Within 5 months I surpassed my weight loss goal of being 170 lbs. I started the diet at 201 lbs and now I'm 165 lbs! I've kept the weight off, and most importantly my blood sugar levels are in the normal range of a non-diabetic. It's safe to say this plan works! The coaches at Figure Savers will keep you accountable, they care about your journey, and they genuinely strive to help you reach your goals! ????
