  I injured my shoulder and went to Revive to treat it. The staff was professional and very friendly. In just a couple of months I was back to 100% and very grateful.

  I recently completed an 8-week shoulder PT program at Revive, after an AC joint reconstruction surgery. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff is absolutely wonderful, very flexible scheduling, and just an overall positive energy in both offices. I’d give 10 stars if that were an option!

  Jen and the entire Revive team have been wonderful during the past two months. My shoulder pain has disappeared and the continuity of care has been excellent. The clinical team has been exceptional and I highly recommend this physical therapy practice.

  Jen and the team at Revive were a key part to greatly reducing my lower back/sciatic leg pain from a quite large bulging disc. Their care and treatment plan was far more effective than several previous cortisone shots and helped solve the root cause of symptoms. They were very helpful at undoing the effects that months of ignoring and coping with the pain did throughout my back, legs, and body. The entire staff was not only friendly, but also positive and very supportive in helping to deal with the mental roller coaster that accompanied my ordeal. They were highly recommended to me by a close friend and I don't hesitate in recommending them to anyone that may need help with any pain or injury recovery!

  I have received exceptional care at Revive for the past year and a half (on and off) for different issues. The friendly staff and gifted therapists are all so kind and encouraging. It is always very clean and relaxing. It’s also easy to get appointments and there is ample parking right outside the door. I’ve been to several other PT providers in the area, but Revive is truly the best!
