I purchased a custom-made engagement ring from Hi Ho Silver company. Will, the jeweler, worked with me to design, prototype, and construct my engagement ring and it was amazing.
Will worked with me to understand the process at every step of the way, from how the ring would be cast, to the molding processing, to the setting and the insurance paperwork. He and the staff that work at Hi Ho Silver are professionals that focus on the details -- even the box the ring came in was a quality presentation of their fine work.
I cannot recommend Hi Ho Silver enough -- this place is a true "gem" of Old Ellicott City.

I bent my engagement ring significantly while working out. My husband and I had no idea what to do or where to take it. A friend suggested we take it to Hi Ho Silver Co, so we did. Will was very upfront about how significant the damage was and the difficult repair process. He made sure I understood the risks involved before he took it into his care. 2 days later he called and stated that the ring had been straightened and was ready to be picked up. My ring is just as stunning as ever. We are so thankful to Will for his time and his job well done on the repair! We will be back in the future for any needed repairs, cleanings, or for something new to enjoy!

Will was very welcoming and helpful. My husband and I went in to see if they would clean our rings. He did it right on the spot for a very reasonable price while we looked around. They have beautiful jewelry. My mother purchased a pair of earrings while we were waiting. She then put them on and decided they were too heavy for her ears. Will offered to alter the earrings for her but she decided to get a different pair. He was very patient and helpful throughout. We will definitely be back!
