Jeff has been treating my son the last two years for addiction, depression and anxiety. I was having difficulty getting my son to stick with a therapist; he always found something wrong with them. I found Jeff on the Psychology Today website, and something about him told me this was the one that would work. Luckily, I was right. In my opinion, Jeff saved my son's life. He has a way of meeting a client where they are and establishing a safe place for openness and honesty. My son has come a long way toward becoming healthy thanks to Jeff, and I am forever grateful.
I decided to first see Jeff 7 years ago and my life has been so much better since. At the time, I was in a really bad place and really needed someone to empathetically listen to my world of pain and hurt. I felt genuinely heard and understood. He helped me to see the good things that were present and encouraged me to move forward in my life. It hs been a few years since I have seen Jeff but felt compelled to support him as I feel he was extremely helpful in my time of need.
Jeff has been helping me for over 7 years with depression and anxiety. He has been exceedingly flexible with times and always helps find the root of issues. Jeff has a laid back vibe and is not judge-mental about world views. I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking for an open and honest conversation into their issues!!!!
