  First time and the experience was great. The hostess gave us the seat that we preferred. The waiter was kind and attentive to what we liked and the food was hot and tasty. There were a lot of choices for people who have never been. You could certainly find something to your liking on the menu. I'll definitely go back.

  Always a wonderful dinner at this location! The waitstaff is excellent. When we arrived we were seated on the covered patio close to a very loud table. Their conversation turned into shouting (they had clearly had a Lot to drink) & we could clearly hear a good deal of profanity. We spoke to the hostess as there were children in our party & she very quickly got the manager & our server. Within minutes both had spoken to the table & we were able to have our dinner in peace. Great job by the manager & our server promptly handling a difficult situation.

  The place was decorated very nicely. Our server was great. They had a large party of 18 and our food took a very long time. About 45-50 minutes. Our server came to the table several times to apologize. Without us saying anything negative, he took it upon himself to speak with the manager and our entire meal was comped.

  For a chain this place is really good. While I don't drink wine the food and service was great.
  If you are looking for a great wine/bar/restaurant that does good Italian stop by and grab a bite.

The manager came over and recommended some scotches which was nice, had a great conversation with him but didn't realize he didn't know much about scotch, he just chose the most expensive choice on their menu.
