  Honest and professional work at a fair price. Expected a huge repair bill to fix my heater blowing cold air. They explained that it was a rather simple fix and only charged for the oil change!!

  Let me tell you guys.... If there was a x2 for my 5 stars I’d be clicking that button also.
  A couple weeks ago I was traveling and noticed my car was doing something funny. I pulled up to this random car shop as they were closing and told them my issues. There was another car they still had to service and again as they were getting ready to close for the night, the shop was preparing to close down. Kere Zuras I believe, the GOAT. Not only took my keys to service my car still after their closing hours, he made me aware of some issues on the car I had JUST bought. As a woman and also a college student who does not know the most about cars, driving from MD to NC, I felt so secure getting back on the road after he did what was needed. On top of their genuineness, they gave me complimentary service after seeing how upset I was finding out my new car I just bought a week ago had some issues that should’ve been handled prior to being sold. THANK YOU to ALL at Lisbon Auto Repair! Their services and customer service are the best I have ever experienced in the auto business and I am so lucky out of all the car shops I drove by, that I happened to just stop by and have you all service my car during my little road trip. Also let me mention there’s an AMAZING place to eat which they share a building with I grabbed food from as they quickly services my car. The way they took that extra mile just meant everything in making me feel safe driving my vehicle.... On this Thanksgiving Day I am THANKFUL for you Kere and those who helped me. These guys are awesome!

  I was so glad these guys were here to help me today. I was away from home with my young kids when my tire got a nail in it. They were so friendly, compassionate, and quick. Thank you!! I am blessed.

  Fantastic experience considering this was a trip to a mechanic. I felt like I was in my dad's garage growing up. Friendly, down to earth staff who obviously have a passion for their work. OH! And there is a little cafe right there too! You can grab a meal while you wait for your car. If you are going for the first time note that the repair shop is located at Carroll Fuels gas station and NOT a Citgo like Google maps photo indicates.
