  This is my second car purchased at Jim Coleman and both times were handled with ease. I had my newest vehicle serviced at Jim Coleman for last two years, and everyone in the service area are the best. My service guy Sam is the absolute best. He has gained my trust with honesty and good communication. He pays attention to my concerns, and explains my vehicle issues well enough for me to understand. Thank you Sam for making a sometimes stress experience not stressful.

  Our salesperson, Joe Johnson went above and beyond to accommodate our needs throughout the entire process of purchasing our 2015 Hyundai Genesis. Without his effort and hardworking, we wouldn't have been given an opportunity to drive this beautiful vehicle out of the lot! He is the most approachable, positive and genuine person that I have came across. Since I, myself am a loyal Honda customer - I shall be going back to Joe when the time comes for an upgrade for my Honda civic. He is truly a valuable asset to Jim Coleman Honda in Clarksville and looking forward to doing many more businesses with him and the rest of the team, including Jackie and Paul!

  Skylar Worthington is both knowledgeable and kind. He made sure everything went smoothly with my appointment and listened carefully to my few concerns. At the end of the appointment, he sat in the car and explained some of the technology to me in a helpful and non-condescending way.

  Service very professional and I was kept up to date on progress of repairs. James is an excellent service rep.
  
  Sam provided excellent service in the purchase of my new 2018 CR-V. He was courteous, professional, and patient in addressing all of my questions. The young lady ( I forget her name) was also great in providing me information on the additional maintenance options that I ended up adding to the purchase of my new vehicle. The overall experience was hassle free.

  This service appointment was excellent! Sam, my service manager, was stellar and I really noticed a difference in the interactions. He was clear about what needed to be done and what still looked fine and not in need of any attention. I was more than pleased with this experience! Keep up the good work!
