  I have both business as well as private vehicles. First I took my private vehicles to Jiffy Lube about a year and some months ago. It was just a trial but turned out they were ok. Some months later I realized they had a new manager who looked younger. I was a bit skeptical but as it turned out, he was so professional and very welcoming. He spoke to me as if I have known him for years. I was treated very well , it was quick and as I was leaving someone came to close my door in a very friendly way and wished me a nice day. The next time I arrived I was amazed the Manager called me by my name. I asked how could he remember my name after some weeks? He responded by telling me that the culture there is to treat costumers as if they are part of the Jiffy Lube family. They are always fast and and able to give me suggestions and recommendations. Now I take my business and private vehicles to this particular unit in clarksville. Robert the young Manager and his colleagues are fantastic.

  I drive over here no matter where I am when I need an oil change. Tim Malarkey is my go to; always honest, fair, and hardworking. All around excellent service. Thank you, Tim, and Jiffy Lube Clarksville.

  Excellent service every time I visit. I have my oil change there on a regular basis and am always greeted in a professional and cheerful manner. Today I stopped by because of a tire warning and they took care of it immediately at no cost. I highly recommend this facility!

  My go to for every oil change and tire rotation etc. I am always greeted with respect and very polite manner. The service is always fast, even if they are busy. And they always give me the run down as to what they did, and always ask before they do anything else that they recommend. They even go as far as cleaning up a bit the inside of the car. I've never had any problems at this location.
