  Visited for 1st time last week and wasn't too impressed! Came here b/c of all the good reviews but I spent almost half of my appointment time giving my personal & medical history b/c they lost the web registration that I spent over 30 min. filling out prior to my appointment. The exercises I was given to do at home....I can do on my own and don't need to come here for professional help and pay for the professional fee! I have done extensive PT previously post-ACL (100+ sessions) in another major medical facility for college athletes in another state so I have high expectations. So far, this place isn't meeting it & disappointing 1st impression! I will give it a few more appts. and see if it will improve!
  
  After 3 visits, I do see some improvements so increasing to 4 stars. I was told they did inform their software vendor to fix the problem. It's great that their future clients won't have this issue anymore but I already had this bad 1st experience & paid for it on my own expense!

  I have a great experience every time I visit BEAT Physical Therapy. They have really helped me so much with so many chronic issues I deal with. The staff is awesome, every single person that works there makes you feel comfortable. Thank you for always being there for me BEAT!

  This is hands down the best physical therapist office I've been to and I've been to about 5 in 3 different states including MD. The PTs at BEAT physical therapy are super caring and really know what they are doing. Their main concern is to get you feeling better and it shows in the way they care for their patients. There have been times I've gone there with serious knee pain and they do everything to make feel better. My diagnosis limits what they can do but it doesn't stop them from trying. They are respectful, friendly and courteous. A big shout it to Day, Tammie, Andrew and Zack. Thank you guys for being so awesome!

  I picked up an ankle injury that needed surgery. I needed pt and BEAT PT came recommended from a coworker who had great results, so I thought I would give them a try. I have been very impressed through the entire pt experience. All of the staff have been amazing and show that they care about their patients/clients. They know how much to push you but make sure that you don't re-injure yourself during rehab. The staff are focused and always excited which makes the pt process that much better.

  BEAT Physical Therapy is more than just your average PT office. I had shoulder surgery in May 2015 and needed months of serious rehabilitation. I work for a well known hospital and will recommend this location to ANYONE. I fell in love with the staff. Everyone there is ready and able to help at a moments notice. From the front desk staff, to your aids and to the therapists, you are always in great hands. They are kind, patient and always able to put a smile on your face. There were plenty of days that I just wanted to give up, but I did not want to let my BEAT team down. They became a family to me, and to this day I give them so much credit to getting my body back to normal. I was almost sad to end my therapy with them. Safe to say, if I ever need therapy in the future I will always seek them out for my care.
