Scott and his team completed several remodeling jobs for us in our 1st house, We then had an opportunity to move into a house that was built by Winthorpe. Since then, they have completed several additional remodeling jobs including a finished basement and a screened in deck. I have complete trust in Winthorpe, rely on them for suggestions and have never been disappointed.

My Wife and I recently went through an extensive renovation of our home which entailed moving our kitchen to a different location, expanding a bedroom, remodeling two bathrooms, adding a bedroom and an office, and adding a den. Everyone on Scott'S team was amazing! They worked within our budget, gave us numerous options, and they were extremely accommodating considering we lived in our house during the renovation. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. We had estimates from other companies but Winthorpe Design & Build stood out because they really thought outside the box to make our wish list a reality. We love the ideas Krag came up with. I have worked with Winthorpe Design and Build on 2 large renovations on my home.The first was a total remodel of our outdated kitchen. A few months later we had them finish our basement into an exercise room and media room. Dave Szeliga and his men arrived daily at the time agreed upon and were easy to have around. They communicated daily on their plans and progress. During the kitchen remodel, they setup a make shift kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and a sink to make the inconvenience more bearable. The kitchen renovation finished on time and on budget. I am very pleased with my new gourmet kitchen. The basement reno was painless and also was finished on time.
