Even though Dr. Rai wasn’t there, I received the same quality of care Also, make sure you have friendly people up front to greet your patients. They’re representing you, and I’d hate for anyone to sully your brand.

I was there for 2 1/2 hours but not really waiting - First I was with he nurse and the PA (forgot her name but she is amazing!) and the Doctor. They were very informative and thorough. They have an onsite lap corp to get testing done with so it was very convenient. The ladies that work the front desk so busy yet are very friendly and nice. I enjoyed both the PA and Dr. Rai very much. He told it like it is and I needed that.

(August 7, 2018, 10:42 am)great place they take good care of you - a bit busy at times may need to get a bigger office and more phones but had a great experience with the Doctor and the nurses during my procedure; they make you feel comfortable and care for you.

(April 16, 2018, 2:39 pm)Friendly staff. Waiting areas are a bit cramped. I was comfortable during the consult with the nurse and Dr. Prakash. The doctor was very thorough in her explanations of procedures we were going to schedule and even explained every stop I needed to make in the office, after leaving the exam room, which made the appointment go much more smoothly.
