We used Mobile Phlebotomy Services for the first time to have blood drawn from my son who has Down Syndrome and Autism. Due to behavioral issues, he has to be under anesthesia in order to have blood samples drawn. When we found out he had to have dental surgery, we contacted MPS to come to the dental office. Despite surgery running two hours behind, Brenda from MPS waited patiently. Brenda also professionally questioned the doctor's orders which prompted me to call and check. Brenda was right, and we were able to get the correct samples drawn. I cannot thank her enough for being a calming, helpful presence during a stressful time.
