  Their new layout and store looks amazing. I honestly thought I walked into the wrong store. Their organization of their products also makes sense, to me at least. They also had free Keurig cups for you to sample.

  Who can go wrong with this store! Bed Bath & Beyond is carrying more than they used to five years ago. Was amazed to see how much they carry! The reason I gave them is a four star is they have very small isles, which isn't enough room for handicapped accessible people! I , personally think they need to expand to a larger store since it was extremely filled with items to purchase. There's No room for more merchandise! Not sure if there are restrooms available. Going through the check out line was quicker than I thought it would be, especially during the Christmas season. They had exactly what I was shopping for. The price was acceptable for the quality of the product. There are so many items to purchase for the kitchen and bathroom, plus other rooms in your home. They have cosmetics and certain foods and drinks to purchase too! I know if there is something to find for my bed or bath rooms, they will probably be the ones to carry it!

  Hi guys
  I am here to just say some good words about the manager of the store. I had an issue of used iron which was being shipped twice. So I had to go there 3 times for purchasing an iron.
  Manager told me that any item who is not anymore at store is being shipped from warehouse. He said he will accommodate me as I had to go through inconvenience. So he resolved my problem so nicely and now I am so much satisfied with that store policy and customer service.

  The store is so huge with everything your looking for in one placet. You can find everything for your home and so much more. The staff are so pleasant and helpful just a great shopping atmosphere altogether.

  The manager at the Columbia store is wonderful!! I purchased a comforter set which had the wrong pillow shams in the package at another Bed, Bath & Beyond. I was in Columbia & went to check if there was a comforter set with the correct pillow shams in the size I wanted. There was not although the Twin size had the correct sham?! I asked an employee about the best course of action and she took me to the manager. He contacted other stores & their vendor. Ultimately, he found that the manufacturer packaged the wrong shams in a set of comforters. He arranged for the manufacturer to send me the correct shams! Wonderful customer service!
