  We unexpectedly had 7 inches (and counting) of water in our basement due to a failed sump pump. Samuel arrived within about an hour of our call to Roto Rooter and had it fixed just over an hour later. Less than 3 hours from our call the water had all been pumped out. Great experience!

  Updated my review as I had admiral follow up form roto-rooter.
  
  First as I said originally, The tech himself was very nice, fixed the issue and cleaned up everything, and was very professional 5 stars for him,
  
  The reason I was originally unhappy with the service (and rated 3 stars) was that the prices have gone up quite a bit from just 2 years ago, and was not told over the phone how much they had gone up before setting up a service call. 2 years ago it was 260 to have a drain unclogged. Just so you now know (because you may hear otherwise), the corporate set price for a snake cleaning (the typical fix for a clogged pipe with them) is now (2018) $599.00. They do offer discounts and coupons regularly on their website and even through the tech when you speak with them. I think since this is a corporate set price they should be a little more upfront with this when you call as they do now the cost at the office, but either way their service was very well handled and the tech was in an out in 30 minutes.
  
  I would recommend if 599.00 is a good price in your book.

  We called RotoRooter with an emergency and the technician showed up less than 45 minutes after placing the call. The technician, Sat, took his time understanding and assessing the situation. He demonstrated collaboration and team effort by contacting the office to consult and recommended changing the water pressure regulator. Two technicians Ram 1201 and Ram 5130 showed up and completed the job. They took their time and checked every faucet, sink, and toilet in the house to ensure the issue was resolved before leaving. We are super satisfied with the service!! Thank you!!!
