In 2017 we travelled 3 hours to Antwerpen Auto to buy our son a new Nissan Altima because they had the best deal. We got great service then. Fast forward to August of this year when our son calls and says his transmission is shot......at just 600 miles over the warranty! Luckily we had the extended warranty but did not know that at the time. We were given repair figures as high as $4,000. In a panic I called the dealership where the nicest guy, Dominick Aveno answered the phone. Although it was after business office hours he found the info to tell us that we had the extended coverage but went as far as to connect us with people who actually agreed to fix the transmission without using the extended warranty so no deductible! He even called me several times to make sure all was taken care of. Outstanding, friendly service. We will surely buy from them again!!

They did great as usual, everything about this service dept has been great since I started bringing all three of my vehicles for regular service. From making appts (and their timely reminders) to check in, waiting area is phenomenal in providing a work environment so I don't really miss work, Nathan keeps me informed on progress via text since I am deaf, and the ladies in the cashier's office are so pleasant and efficient, really 5 star service at Antwerpen. J

Too early to be 100% sure; but since I consummated a deal and am happy with the purchase... everything is satisfactory !

Autumn was a great help from start to finish in trading in my vehicle and getting a brand new one. She was able to answer all of my questions in addition to sharing information that she’d anticipate me wanting or needing to know. This was the easiest car buying process I’ve ever experienced.
