Charter Radiology Clarksville

I am a male in my sixties. Charter Radiology performed a metal suppression MRI on my left hip on March 9, 2022. I rarely write reviews, but I found this facility to be so superior that I feel compelled to share my experience with other patients.
The staff is very professional and pleasant. I was in pain when I went for the test, and they did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible. They took me in at my scheduled appointment time without any wait. The tech performing the test was highly competent. Prior to the test, she explained everything I needed to know and there was no need for me to ask any questions. She even asked me for my choice of music for the approximately 45 minutes I had to lay still for the test! My referring orthopedic surgeon, my rheumatologist, and my primary care physician were all very complimentary of the MRI images she took.
The facility was clean, had an open feeling, and the machine they have is THE BEST available – I am an engineer by training and take a keen interest in the specifications of the testing machines. I was very impressed.
The most astonishing part of the experience was that Dr. Uppal was monitoring the test in real time!! She noticed something serious on the MRI (unrelated to my hip joint) that needed further evaluation. She came in during the test and had the tech take a few additional test sequences! If she had not done that, I would have had to schedule another MRI and would have lost valuable time in seeing the appropriate specialist. I feel so grateful.

Great experience at Charter Radiology. Staff were outstanding and service was professional and expeditious. Especially was Amanda. She took outstanding time to make sure I got to and had my appointment on time. Give Amanda a promotion and or raise!

A rewarding experience. Everyone behind the counter answered my questions with a smile including when I returned the next day looking for my watch.
It was returned with a smile almost as big as my thank you!

Very helpful, kind staff at all levels. Dr. Uppal is very compassionate, taking the time to relay results over the phone herself. The facility itself is professional, attractive, and state of the art. My MRI was performed on a Friday and my doctors had my results on Monday morning. I'm very happy I went there for my MRI

Easy to book - no long waits - usually the next day or two. no waiting upon arrival - meets their own appointment times! Very personable, professional, nice people. Thoughtful, engaging, efficient. Kind. The MRI experience is better than I have ever had. Double ear protection, the music of your choice (part of the sign in questions), beautiful room with a pseudo natural sky and trees. Quick sign out with report, and diskette if requested. Amazing place.

Stopped by here to get some cash today before I left the area. Everything was fine. The driveway to the ATM was kind of small for large trucks to try and navigate through this area. The machine was functional and in good condition when I visited this location.
