I find Kaitlin to be a most knowledgeable and very patient nutritionist. She will work with you to develop a plan that you find comfortable to follow. She will follow-up with you as often as you like and make dietary changes as needed. The availability of her recipes helps a lot. Kaitlin is a joy to work with as you slowly change your previously self-defeating dieting methods.

Before working with Kaitlin I struggled with my diet and had a lot of unhealthy habits. I would gain and lose the same few pounds over and over. But since I started working with Kaitlin in October of 2021 I have learned so much about healthy and mindful eating and have managed to lose 20 pounds the right way so it stays off this time. The personalized plan Kaitlin developed for me has been so easy to follow and she really listened to my likes and dislikes so I would have things I actually wanted to eat everyday. On top of being a great nutritionist she is so kind and makes you feel very comfortable and accepted during your sessions. She checks in with emails in between appointments and encourages you to keep going and stay motivated. If you are looking to make lasting changes to your health Kaitlin will help you achieve your goals. I highly recommend her!

Kait is freaking awesome. She knows what she's talking about. She's super encouraging, always professional, and can really work with anything you throw at her. She has an amazing repertoire of skills and has versatile approaches. I've lost almost 30 pounds and every session with her is different. Kaitlin has helped make an overwhelming diagnosis much easier for me to manage. I recently was diagnosed with a condition that needs to be managed through dietary changes, but the doctor gave very little advice on what to actually do. Kaitlin reviewed my lab work and eating habits prior to our consultation, and came prepared for our video call with up-to-date research on my issue. She gave simple and actionable guidelines, and explained the science behind them when I had questions. I also really appreciate the follow-up email that recapped what we discussed, gave clear recommendations, and even had some sample menus for how I could achieve the right balance with foods I like to eat as a pescatarian. Also, she's a lovely person to talk to and cares deeply about her clients. 5 stars, would recommend!
