  I have had only 2 visits to Touchstone so far, but have been very pleased with my therapist, Natalie, & the other employees. They are all very patient-centered, the patient’s comfort & wellness being their high priority. I would definitely recommend Touchstone to anyone I know who needs to pursue physical therapy.

  I found Touchstone when I had 2 ongoing issues that needed to be addressed more urgently than not. The staff was pleasant to work with, sympathetic to my busy schedule and my pain levels and worked tirelessly to fit me in to be seen when I could get there. I was paired with Natalie who was a complete God-send. She took me from barely being able to lift my arm for basics, to doing 70 pound scapula pulls in a seemingly short amount of time. I regained use of my arm and shoulder and was finally able to be without pain! She was always encouraging, never let me make excuses, and always would help get me back on track when I failed to be consistent with my at home progress. I highly recommend their services more than any other physical therapy group I have ever had experience with, as their staff is much more involved actively and therapists are much more informative as to what is going on in your body to help you implement exercises well.

  Touchstone Physical Therapy is an excellent place to receive treatment. They have the most up to date equipment and are well organized. Most of all the personal attention given by Natalie is very helpful. She is knowledgeable and patient. I recommend Touchstone to all those who need Physiotherapy.

  Natalie is great. She has given me excellent treatment after knee surgery and for a hip injury. She develops a comprehensive treatment plan and follows through to restore clients to a healthy condition. I highly recommend her and the entire Touchstone team for their friendly, professional service.

  Touchstone Physical Therapy and Wellness has been an excellent resource for the challenges that arose from pushing my boundaries as an athlete (with a desk job) in my 30s and 40s. I first started visits for Plantar Fasciitis in roughly 2013 and later came back for running related injuries. My history of injuries is complicated by not following through with PT after a broken bone about 10 years prior to starting PT here. Kelly taught me an awareness on every level possible. He is keen on understanding the patterns for how and why injuries occur and often predicts muscles that are correspondingly tight or need work when diagnosing the problem. He gives every patient the utmost attention and his attention to detail is not unnoticed. Wellness is certainly a focal point as well. I find myself able to address most sports related injuries now given the compendium of knowledge he has imparted. I would point anyone to Touchstone Physical Therapy and Wellness.
