Andrew Perlin is my Allstate Agent. I was referred to him by the Manager at my apartment complex, he is our Renter's insurance representative. After discussing renters insurance with me he asked if I had auto insurance and the rest is history. He gave me a class on Car Insurance 101 right over the phone.
