Limitless Physiotherapy: One-on-One Physical Therapy / Dry Needling

Dr Lim does great work. I've been seeing him over the last 3+ years for a variety of gym-induced issues with shoulder, hip flexor, hamstring, etc. Brandon's one-on-one process of assessment, diagnosis, dry needling treatment and prescriptive movements works every time! He has a great "bedside manner" and effective listening skills. Brandon gets the highest recommendation from me as a terrific physical therapist.

Over the summer, I had an ongoing issue with both my right shoulder and my left hip - both were quite uncomfortable and hindered me from doing my normal training regiment. Soon after getting injured, a friend of mine recommended that I visit Limitless Physiotherapy; he spoke very highly of Dr. Lim so I knew I instantly needed to set up an appointment. During my many appointments with Dr. Lim, he thoroughly helped me fix my shoudler and hip through use of mobilization techniques, dry needling as well as providing me with different strengthening exercises. Dr. Limb exceeded far beyond any expectations I had. He is someone who genuinely cares about his patients and wants to ensure he is providing you with the best treatment plan to help you remain injury-free. It was more than a pleasure to work with Dr. Lim, and I sincerely hope that I get the opportunity to work with him again. I am really happy I have come to see Dr Lim, based on word-of-mouth. A few weeks before my triathlon, I first hurt my hamstring and then a calf muscle. On both occasions, Dr Lim took the time to explain to me how muscle groups work together, gave me the PT exercises and applied dry needles to the sore muscles. Within a couple of weeks, the pains went away and I was able to continue training and eventually finished my triathlon.

There is no doubt that Dr. Lim knows how to perform miracles. Every time I do something silly in the gym and hurt myself I go to him for a quick fix because that’s exactly what it is. Quick. One and done. I never have to make multiple appointments to treat the same injury. Dry needling works! And the one on one attention that he gives you is by far superior to any of the other physical therapy locations that I’ve been to in the Columbia area. Highly recommended!
