While the other reviewers are correct that the front desk staff can be a bit chilly to the patients sometimes, they are no reflection on the skills or demeanor of the physicians or the nurses. The rest of the staff of the staff has always been wonderful.
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Rifino for several years now, and she is always very friendly and helpful. We take our daughter to Dr. Ashley Kinder in the same practice, and Dr. Rifino has even slipped me in quickly for a small concern when I was there for an appointment for my daughter.
I am a patient of Dr. Rifino and so is my mother. My mother had a stroke And a few months later a second stroke. I was in the BWMC Emergency department at the time. We were both extremely upset because she had come so far and just been discharged from a short term care facility. within 30 min of being told my mother 's diagnosis my cell phone began to ring. It was Dr. Rifino saying the Emergency Room had just informed her. She said i am speechless and sad for her. What do you need how are you doing. She stayed on the phone with me for 15 min while i cried and just talked to me. What a difference she made for me that day. She gave me the strength to pull it together and help my mom. She is the most compassionate Doctor i know.
Dr. Rifino and Morag are very thorough and knowledgeable. The staff was prompt and courteous. They are often busy when I call and I usually get put on hold , but they pick up the line without much wait.
I have found the office personnel to be friendly and helpful. Dr. Rifino is very thorough and caring.
