Never before have I experienced such thorough attention from a dental office. The team at Julian Center is professional, knowledgeable and very caring. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my entire time there.

Great first appointment at the Julian Center. Anne and Dr. Sam are well informed about holistic dentistry. I left feeling more educated about oral health and how it affects my body. Toxicity from amalgam fillings is a serious thing and I feel like I will be cared for as I begin the journey of removing toxins from my body. The most thorough dental exam I have ever had. Dr Sambatara was recommended by a functional medicine doctor for my daughter who struggled with Lyme this whole past year. While she still has to schedule the oral surgery, she has had some treatment with Dr Sam, as have I. They make sure you’re totally relaxed, even cozy, during your treatment.
In reading about getting mercury amalgam out, I knew Dr S is who I wanted to do it. I’m a RN and I’m picky. I read his book and wanted only him to do my dental work. His cutting edge tests and compassionate ways and his warm, smart assistant Anne had me from the first visit. But not only the first visit, all of the visits speak to the entire staff’s palpable caring ways. Receptionist Janet is so bubbly and smiley! They are ALL helpful as can be and really work with you. I once mixed up an appointment time and they worked out the schedule to fit me in anyway… (I felt so bad).
Then recently I had a payment fail and the office manager was so patient while I got the matter straight. It is expensive and you pay up front, but it’s worth it! So worth it. I drive 3.5 hours and will continue. That’s how worth it it is. If you have any knowledge of functional medicine and/or any big dental concerns you’ll want to give this office a call.

The level of care and professionalism at the Julian Center is top notch. They go out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible during your visit. Both doctors are incredible. If you are looking for biological dentistry look no further.

All the staff at the Julian Center for Comprehensive Dentistry are friendly and care about you as a person. They know their trade and the work is top rate. Today I had an impression for a partial and dreading the “clay goo” to make it, what a surprise they have the latest technology and it was done with a scan. The office is extremely clean and although dentists are not the favorite place to go, Dr Sambataro and his staff make it a good experience.
