One day my PC randomly died and would not turn back on. I looked around for PC repair shops, and specifically one that would come to me for the repair. I stumbled across RoaTech and gave them a call. They were able to come out the next day and help me diagnose the issue. They picked up my PC, fixed the issue, and returned within a few days.

I cannot say enough good things about David and RoaTech, and really appreciate the work they did. I will absolutely be using them again for any tech needs I may have. I would 100% recommend!

Working with RoaTech is always a pleasure. I have utilized their services in other occasions but recently, they helped me with a 9 year old desktop computer. They picked it up, replaced the hard drive with a SS drive and copied the data to the new drive, and reinstalled the unit in my home office. I didn’t need or want to buy a new computer. The technician and I discussed all options and this was best for me. It was a 1 day turnaround. Job well done RoaTech!😊

I was very pleased to find a new place to fix my laptop. They seemed to be very efficient and fair in pricing and service policies. I'll be hoping that I don't have to go back, (it's scary when your laptop acts up) but glad to have found them and given them a try. Easy location in old Ellicott City, across from the old Phoenix.

Overall a great experience, I walked in and was assisted immediately. Explained my problems with my device filled out a sheet and was explained that it might only be able to be diagnosed today and that I might have to bring it back later in the week. I had explained that it was my work laptop and that I needed it as soon as possible. After the diagnosis of my device I was happy to hear that they could get the work done on the same day. The turn around time on my device was fairly quick. I was thoroughly impressed. I waited a few days to right my review to check out how my computer runs, and it’s just like when I took it out the box. Highly recommend this service.

Honest, knowledgeable, QUICK and fair priced. Also, I appreciated that they wore a mask and did social distancing since we’re in the middle of a pandemic.

My computer that I depend on for work got hit with a bad virus recently. I tried everything I could to fix it on my own, using online suggestions. I wish I had known about these guys and brought it to them first.

These guys were able to help me quickly and were very responsive with all their communication. They also gave me a very reasonable price. They met me at my convenience and explained everything thoroughly to me.

They have been in business for a while but recently opened up a brick and mortar place right in the heart of Old Ellicott City just weeks before the quarantine hit. The location is really, really cute. I had no problems finding parking.

Also, they are bilingual. They are a great business to support. I’d MUCH rather support a small business In our community that I can trust than going to a big box store whose reputation is not on the line. I highly recommend these guys.

Also, they sell customized computers but I really appreciate that they were so knowledgeable about my computer’s issues. When I eventually upgrade my computer I will get it from these guys.
