Dr Babkes is my mothers neurologist. As my mothers care giver, I am with her at every appointment. Dr Babkes treats mom with professionalism, humanity & care. His office staff is friendly, professional & very competent. If you need to see a neurologist, I very highly recommend Dr Babkes. He is the best.

Dr. Babkes is a remarkable doctor. He truly listened and understood all of my concerns, assuring me he would help. Lisa, the very knowledgeable technician who conducted my EEG was friendly and personable. She helped me relax and her care meant the world to me. I highly recommend Dr. Babkes and this office.

Dr Babkes is a skilled compassionate doctor. He encourages his patients to educate themselves about their condition and ask him questions. Dr. Babkes confirmed my diagnoses immediately ( which is rare for my condition) he did the diagnostic testing more than once to confirm everything. Dr.Babkes went the extra mile with dealing with an insurance medication coverage issue. I have been a loyal patient since 2003 and have referred many people to his practice as well as my family members. I am very fortunate to have Dr. Babkes as my neurologist to help me navigate and incurable degenerative disease. His demeanor and diagnoses style has helped me have a positive out look on my disease.

Dr. Babkes provided a second opinion when another neurologist seemed to be ‘pushing’ a new MS drug. Babkes knew ALL the details of the clinical trials. There were two factors that made this new drug risky for me. (I already had a heart issue, mild but of a type this drug can trigger even in healthy hearts! Also I had antibodies to a serious virus the drug can activate.)
He did suggest a new MS drug, a safer one.

(He doesn’t seem to have a special bias towards any particular drug, as that other neurologist seemed to.)
